Notes: Project documents abandoned and deteriorating grain elevators, co-ops, and farm structures across eastern Colorado, Kansas, and Nebraska. Materials arrive in batches as shooting continues. Negatives are in excellent condition. Tonal range in the subject matter is demanding — flat prairie light with deep shadow in structural interiors requires careful attention at the scanning stage to hold both ends without clipping.
